Pre-heat oven at 350
Ingredients:
1-1/2 Lbs Ground (Chuck) Beef
2 cups Italian Seasoned Breadcrumbs
2 Tablespoons Parsley
2 Teaspoons Onion Powder - or - 1/2 cup Onion, minced
2 Teaspoons Garlic Powder
1/4 cup Blue Cheese Salad Dressing
1 Tablespoon Dijon Mustard
1 Eggs, Lightly Beaten
4 ounces Blue Cheese Crumbled
Salt & Pepper To Taste
Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and mix well.
If mixture is too moist, add more breadcrumbs.
Place in a lightly oiled, sprayed or non-sitck loaf pan.
Bake at 350 for 60 to 75 minutes (or until firm in the middle).
Pour more salad dressing over top of cooked meatloaf just before serving.
Serve with favorite side dishes. Serves 4-6
This is very tasty and a nice change from the old standard.
