Ingredients:
2 chicken breasts (boned)
1/2 bottle Champagne
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon parsley
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
Place Champagne, garlic powder, parsley, paprika, salt and pepper in a pyrex baking dish. Mix well. Place chicken in the mixture making sure chicken is totally covered. Cover and all this to marinate, in the refrigerator, for at least an hour, but if you can, allow to marinate overnight.
Preheat oven at 350 degrees
Drain 1/2 the liquid and set aside. Bake the chicken 45 minutes to an hour. Serve with rice or potatoes.
A real romantic dinner dish.
