All my pricing is reasonable considering the amount of time involved to create them. All pricing is contingent on the measurements in pixtels of the graphic.
Communication between the client and Skyline Designs is very important in the creation of any graphic or website design. Please be specific with your requirements and should Skyline Designs be unclear on what the client wants, we must be able to contact you via email or phone.
 Custom Graphics
100 x 200 pixtels $25
200 x 300 pixtels $40
300 x 400 pixtels $50
400 x 500 pixtels $65
500 x 600 pixtels $85
Anything bigger than 600 pixtels shall constitute background size. This cost shall vary upwards of $100.00, depending on the actual size and what is involved.
Custom Background Sets
For Personal Use - One Flat Fee - $250
Custom Background Sets shall include: One (1) non or bordered background; Welcome banner; Buttons - consisting of 1 each of: Guestbook (which includes "sign" and "view"), Home, Back, Next, Email, blank button, divider bar (if appropriate with the set).
Commercial Clients
Website Design - One Flat Fee - $600
For a minimum of one (1) to a maximum of three (3) website pages, this shall include:
a. Creating or using existing basic HTML page codes to be placed on pages of this site on the Internet with graphics, text and links.
b. Initial Set-up Of Site On the Internet
c. Skyline Designs will create one (1) Original Main Banner Site Graphic (Client to provide logos or graphics)
d. Site Promotion - Listing website with multiple search engines
e. Setting up email link, site counter and guest book (if required)

Owner of Website is responsible for obtaining and securing domain name and host server for Website public viewing.

Veterans discount specified herein does not apply to commercial accounts.
Personal/Group Websites
Website Design - One Flat Fee - $450
For a minimum of one (1) to a maximum of three (3) website pages, this shall include:
a. Creating or using existing basic HTML page codes to be placed on pages of this site on the Internet with graphics, text and links.
b. Initial Set-up Of Site On the Internet
c. Skyline Designs will create one (1) Original Main Banner Site Graphic (Client to provide logos or graphics)

Additional Services
Webmistress and/or Monitoring Services -- $ 65.00/month
This service, for the entire site, shall include:
a. insuring navigation is user friendly and working properly
b. addition/updating links, modifying information
c. posting new information/text, pictures, etc. to any pages

Any new/additional pages added to a website will be at an additional cost of $20.00/page. This charge is in addition to initial Website creation and/or Webmistress/Monitoring services specified herein.

Veterans Discounts does not apply to new page creations for existing sites created by Skyline Designs or others.
You must email me with your request. Please be clear what you have in mind prior to ordering any custom graphics. I will email you back and arrange an on line meeting to discuss the graphic you want, so we both are on the same page.
A deposit of one half (1/2) of the fee is required prior to commencing any work. The balance shall be required upon completion and prior to you taking possession.
Skyline Designs reserves the right to modify these prices at any time.
Until a Pay Pal Account is established, payment method will be via money order, payable to the Universal Angel Foundation. Please feel free to email me regarding any questions or concerns.
There are NO refunds - either on the deposit or after payment is made in full.

Skyline Designs offers a twenty (20%) percent discount ONLY to US Armed Forces Veteran Webmasters, and/or owners, of US Armed Forces oriented groups or websites on all the above cited pricing. The same terms and conditions shall be applicable. Skyline Designs reserves the right to modify any/all portions of the above cited Terms and Pricing sections cited herein.
