The Terms and Conditions of Skyline Designs are not negotiable. By reading these Terms and Conditions, you are acknowledging that have read, understand and agree to the Terms and Conditions that govern Skyline Designs.

Skyline Designs does create custom graphics and websites. Skyline Designs and the client must be in total communication and agreement in the evolution of any custom graphics and/or webistes. Once a final draft of the custom graphic or website is agreed upon by Skyline Designs and the client, no further edits or alterations will be made.

Once a Skyline Designs graphic is placed on the clients' website, or, the custom website is up for public viewing, proper credit must be given to Skyline Designs with a linking back to Skyline Designs using this code:

This credit link must be on every page that our graphics or websites are used. You may also use a credit link to Skyline Designs if you have a "Credits" page. However, a credit link only on your "Credits" page is unacceptable.

Skyline Designs Graphics must be used on websites that are family viewing friendly. My graphics are not to be used on any websites that depict and/or promote pornography, child abuse, animal abuse, crimes against humanity, or any hate, abuse and/or violence in any manner whatsoever. Grounds constituting removal of my graphics from your site, include but are not limited to, the aforementioned. I will monitor where my graphics are used. All my graphics are watermarked to prove its origin and identity.

If you are asked to remove my graphics from your site, for any reason, you must do this within forty-eight (48) hours.

You may not alter my graphics in any manner. The background sets are just that....a set. They are meant to be used together. Please do not email me and request additional matching graphics, or, changing the color, etc. This is a very time consuming process, and, if I could help you I would. However, my schedule is such that I do not have the time.

The custom graphics and/or custom websites are purchased by the client; however, Skyline Designs retains all rights and copyrights for our work.


Skyline Designs reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time.
