Lightly grease countertop grill or fry pan with butter or cooking spray.
Ingredients:
4 nice size fresh tuna steaks (approx. 1-inch thick)
Marinade:
2 tablespoons Balsomic Vinegar
2 tablespoons virgin olive oil
2 tablespoons Rosemary (fresh or dehydrated)
Salt & pepper to taste
Be sure grill or fry pan is on medium heat.
In nice size bowl, combine vinegar, olive oil, rosemary, salt and pepper.
Coat tuna steaks on both sides in marinade. Allow to sit in marinade for 4-5 minutes
Place marinated tuna steaks on grill or fry pan. Allow tuna to cook for 1-2 minutes on each side or until lightly browned.
Serve hot with salad and garlic bread.
Makes a quick, tasty and nourishing meal.
Note: Depending on how you like your tuna cooked, when sliced, tuna should be white toward the outside, and, pink in the middle. Cook longer on each side
if you want your tuna cooked all the way through.
